Aaron Swartz, leader of the technical team working on Open Library, suggests that every book ever published needs a single authoritative page on the internet, a bit like a personal homepage.
Open Library is calling each library to donate with their online catalogue. Will all of the libraries in the world support this idea and starting point for this project or Borges Book (virtual) Tower, Babylon Library, has to wait a bit longer?
